(Fondation Sommer \u2013 juin 2023)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As part of the experimentation of Artists\u2019 Residencies in Schools (RAMS) in Luxembourg, the Sommer Foundation carried out a documentation work which led to this framework document in summer 2023. The report analyses the context and practices of this cultural education programme in the countries bordering Luxembourg and places the RAMS in the context of national public policies.
