The goal is to discover the professional world while addressing one of the host organization&#8217;s challenges (a &#8220;Challenge&#8221; related to digital innovation or sustainable development). At the end of the day, the group of young participants proposes a solution in collaboration with the organization&#8217;s employees.<\/p>\n<p>The Sommer Foundation supports this initiative because cultural and artistic institutions are often overlooked as places for professional development for high school students.
