The Fondation Sommer is administered and represented by a Board of Directors consisting of a minimum of five members. Their mandate is for 5 years, renewable once.
The members are appointed in such a way as to ensure that the board is representative of Luxembourg society in all its diversity and has a wide range of skills.
The Board of Directors also composes the jury that decides on the projects supported by the Foundation.
