This evaluation report draws conclusions from the experimental phase of the RAMS programme during the 2023/2024 school year in Luxembourg.
As part of the experimentation of Artists’ Residencies in Schools (RAMS) in Luxembourg, the Sommer Foundation carried out a documentation work which led to this framework document in summer 2023. The report analyses the context and practices of this cultural education programme in the countries bordering Luxembourg and places the RAMS in the context of national public policies. It also takes up the good practices and obstacles observed by other players and sets out the prospects for implementation in Luxembourg.
