Digital Challenge offers high school students the opportunity to spend a day immersed in a team experience within the structure of their choice. The goal is to discover the professional world while addressing one of the host organization’s challenges (a “Challenge” related to digital innovation or sustainable development). At the end of the day, the group of young participants proposes a solution in collaboration with the organization’s employees.

The Sommer Foundation supports this initiative because cultural and artistic institutions are often overlooked as places for professional development for high school students. This allows them to explore a wider variety of organizations and professions.
